Jennifer Johnson, J.D.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience offering a unique blend of environmental consulting experience and formal legal training. As a strategist, Jennifer specializes in development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs to assure compliance with NEPA, CEQA and myriad regulatory requirements and processes related to large-scale infrastructure. Her technical expertise includes water (i.e., reservoir expansions, pipelines, pump stations) and energy (i.e., traditional, solar [floating, photovoltaic, solar thermal, power tower] and wind [traditional, ducted turbines, energy kites]) infrastructure. She has led environmental training programs for the Association of Environmental Professionals, been a Steering Committee Member and speaker for “Unplugged: The Renewable Energy Panel Speaker Series” and presented at the 2017 and 2018 Asia Clean Energy Summit International Floating Solar Symposiums in Singapore. Jennifer was a contributing author to the 2019 World Bank Group, ESMAP and SERIS publication, Where Sun Meets Water: Floating Solar Handbook for Practitioners.
